  • **ATTENTION** Although we as Infinity Trailer Sales try to ensure our customers prompt service, we also understand there may be some constraint or unseen events that may delay our manufacturing process. In trying to handle these events, the scheduled pick up date that is given is only a “TENTATIVE PICK-UP DATE” and not the final pick-up date. We at Infinity Trailer Sales will notify our customers at once if we are unable to meet the tentative pick-up date, and will need to reschedule the new pick-up date.

    Absolutely no trailer will leave our facility without our FULL payment. All final Payments may be made by CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER, or CASH.

  • Limited Warranty

    This trailer product is warranted against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials used in the structure of the trailer for one (1) year from the original date of purchase from Infinity Trailers. Within this period, Infinity Trailers will repair the trailer product without charge for parts and/or labor. All such warranty repairs must be made at its’ facility or authorized dealers’ facility. Infinity Trailers reserves the right to authorize repairs as necessary in the opinion of Infinity Trailers.

    The Infinity Trailers warranty does not cover the following:

    • Components not manufactured by Infinity Trailers including axles, axle components, Winch, hydraulic pump,hydraulic cylinders, tires and wheels.
    • Transportation cost for warranty work.
    • Repairs made by any other person or place not authorized by Infinity Trailer Sales.
    • Damages or failure caused or attributable to Acts of God, Abuse, Misuse, Improper or Abnormal usage
    • Additions, Deletions, or Modifications not installed by Infinity Trailer Sales
    • Axle alignment after 30days

  • Infinity Trailer Sales is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, personal injury, loss of revenues or profits, or cost of removal, installation or reinstallation or storage fees.

  • Infinity Trailer Sales at its opinion shall be responsible only for the repair or replacement cost of the unit. Infinity Trailer Sales exercises the right to settle any and all disagreements or disputes, legal, or otherwise in Tarrant County Fort Worth, Texas.

  • If repairs need to be made under warranty on the trailer, Infinity Trailer Sales requires an estimate along with photo's before the repairs are authorized or made. A PO# will be used when a repair is authorized by Infinity Trailer Sales Authorization of a repair under warranty will be payable under what Infinity Trailer Sales deems to be a reasonable rate, charge, or amount.

  • There will be charges rendered for repairs to the product after the expiration of the aforesaid one (1) year Warranty period.
