Q.What is Infinity Trailers Warranty?

The trailer warranty is (1) year from the original date of purchase from Infinity Trailer Sales against manufacturing defects in workmanship. 

Q.Where is Infinity Trailers located?

We are located in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas.  

Q.What Size Trailers do you build?

We build 4 car hauler trailers, 5 car hauler trailers and 6 car hauler trailers.  

Q.Do you have any trailer in stock?

We do not have any trailers in stock for sale, All our trailers are built to order only.  

Q.How long does it take to complete my trailer once I order?

On average it take four to six weeks to complete your trailer for pickup once we have your order.   This is based on our backlog at the time of order.  

Q.Truck Requirements for Infinity Trailer
  • Truck Checklist:
  • Fifth Wheel Setup 2" Kingpin.  
  • Fifth Wheel Height 46".  Measured from Ground to top of fifth wheel plate  
  • Turning Clearance for trailer. Minimum 54" from center of the fifth wheel to cab.
  • 7 Way RV Style Plug Female.
  • Two pole Plug Female.  Plug is a Phillips plug # 15-326
  • Electric Brake controller on the Towing Vehicle. 
Q.Do you build Custom Trailers

No, we only build the trailers listed on our website and do not build custom trailers.  

Q.Do you offer Air Brakes

No, we only offer Electric over Hydraulic brakes on our axles. 

Q.What if my truck only has Air Brakes

You would need to install an Electric brake Controller that does Hydraulic Brakes.  We recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller. 

Q.GN vs GNW Models Difference

GN Model Trailers are used by Cab Chasis trucks and GNW are for trucks with a box or picup bed.  

Q.What is the deposit amount required

We require a 10 percent deposit to be added to the production build list.  

Q.Do you deliver trailers

We do not deliver the trailers.  Customers are asked to pickup the trailer with their trucks.  This allows us to ensure everything is checked and is working properly before leaving.
